As Head Chef at All Bar One Exchange Edinburgh you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more

Enjoy a great work-life balance with Sundays off (except during festive and festival periods). Our bar rarely has any late finishes, with chefs typically wrapping up by 10pm on weekends and 9:30pm on weekdays. Perfect for those seeking a job with regular hours and time to unwind in the evenings!

  • Train and inspire your team to consistently deliver high-quality food to be proud of.
  • Be driven to smash targets with your team driving sales and guest satisfaction.
  • Kitchen management: food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
  • Work with a branded menu.
  • Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
