Great people make great pubs, we're really passionate about finding the right people to give our guests amazing experiances everytime they visit.
Wiith this in mind we have designed our hiring process to be as quick,straightforward and as fair as possible and to all you to showcase yourself in the best light.
Good luck with your application – use it as an opportunity to show us what you can do but also to learn more about us.
What to expect?
Apply
All applications are managed online. We know time is precious, so we've made our application as quick as possible asking some basic details and a CV for some of our jobs. We'd even go as far to say that it takes less time than it would to make a cup of tea.
Online Job Preview
This is a short 10-minute quiz that will explain what what we really look for in our team members and what the role is really like to make sure we are a good fit for each other.
One of our apprenticeship team will contact you you and provide you a chance to find out more about us as a company and and apprenticeship schemes on offer.
Interview
This is your chance to talk more about you, tell us about the experiences that you have had and an opportunity for us to understand your background.
Practical Session
There will be a practical activity depending on which role you have applied for which will form the first part of your session.
Outcome
It is now the end of your time with us. We’ll let you know what will happen next and will be in touch within 48 hours with the outcome of your interview as well as giving you an opportunity to talk through any more questions you have at that point.
