Here in the “High Street Pubs” collection at Mitchells and Butlers we're a friendly bunch and we pride ourselves on giving the warmest of welcomes, where good food and drink, great value and fantastic guest experiences come as standard. Could you be a great fit for us?

We are passionate about offering guests the very best of our iconic pubs or bringing out the ‘Craic’ from our legendary O’Neill’s sites. Our pubs are places to discover and share with friends and family in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. Whatever the occasion we have got it covered with a good dose of great British (or Irish!) hospitality.

We are on the hunt for a proven Retail Business Manager seeking a new and challenging opportunity to lead and inspire a district of fourteen businesses covering Birmingham, Shrewsbury, Leicester Northampton, Peterborough and Kettering. This district has many legendary sites including ‘Broad Street O’Neill’s’ in Birmingham, whose Paddy’s day celebrations are the talk of legend - obviously we serve up great Irish hospitality for the other 364 days of the year too!

With fantastic career development opportunities and brilliant training- we love growing our own talent.

• Ensuring that all the standards of a great High Street Pub are delivered consistently
• Driving sales across the businesses, utilising central marketing
• Ensuring that your teams operate in a safe, clean and risk free environment
