We have a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity within our Leased Operations team for an Associate Lease Operations Manager here at Mitchells & Butlers. As Associate Lease Operations Manager you would be present and visible for day-to-day activities dealing with the existing lessees to ensure they maintain their current levels of satisfaction with MAB. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to gain experience in this area in greater depth. The ideal candidate would be in a junior management role within an existing pub company and be looking to gain experience to progress their experience and capability.

The Opportunity – Associate Lease Operations Manager
- Achieve Targeted Profit Levels in partnership with tenants and Lease Operations Managers
- Achieve Targeted Debt Levels in partnership with tenants and Lease Operations Managers
- Carry Out Annual Condition Surveys with internal Area Building Managers
- Visit every pub at least Once a Quarter to carry out Regular Business Reviews
- Ensure NSF Compliance with each applicable lessee
What you’ll need to bring to the Lease Operations Manager role
- Junior management experience within an existing pub company
- Knowledge of the Leased & Tenant Market
- Knowledge of Regulatory Framework within a Leased & Tenanted Environment
- Ability to engage with tenants/stakeholders to maximise business potential
- Sound commercial and financial awareness
- Passion & commitment to motivate and influence others
- Strong communication, negotiation & influencing skills
- Curiosity – particularly in relation to competitor offers and industry developments
