As Head Chef at Miller & Carter - Cramond Brig you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of.   • Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
  • Be driven to smash targets with your team.
  • Kitchen management: food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
  • Work with a branded menu.
  • Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
