At Miller & Carter - Edinburgh City Centre we know that a good Kitchen Manager is key to our success. You’ll build a kitchen to be proud of, managing all areas; from training and mentoring your team to overseeing food ordering and preparation.

A rare opportunity has arisen to join Miller and Carter in Scotland, managing the Kitchen one of our flagship city centre sites on Frederick Street in Edinburgh. The site has trading strongly over the last 5 years and we are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to take the business to the next level, with a remodel scheduled in Spring 2025. The ideal candidate will have volume food experience, a passion for hospitality and the ability to inspire and manage a large kitchen team.
