What area do you recruit for?

I recruit for Head Chef and General Manager roles in Scotland and North England across all our brands.

What do you love about your job?

I enjoy the flexibility and diversity of my role and particularly love meeting new people. Working from different businesses also gives me an insight in to whats new in our brands and provides me with the opportunity to support our frontline managers with any recruitment issues.
