Vocational Learning Attraction Manager, Lauren Carroll took on the opportunity to enrol onto the CIPD Level 5 HR Apprenticeships with Crosby Management Training. Lauren is always working to give young people the opportunity to shine, placing them in a whole host of apprenticeships across the UK, so she knew the time was right to work towards her own apprenticeship.

For me, I’ve been with Mitchells & Butlers for nearly three years and when the opportunity arose, I jumped at the chance to develop myself with the CIPD Level 5 HR Apprenticeship."

Lauren's undergraduate HR degree apprenticeship also offerend unique opportunities outside the office, as she put on her walking boots for a team-building trip to Snowdonia National Park. This experience allowed her to apply her HR learning in real-world settings and develop resilience, leadership and decision-making skills.
