Employee Assistance Programme

With access to Licensed Trade Charity’s Employee Assistance Programme, you can use their app, or call their 24/7 confidential hotline and get advice on anything from legal advice to financial counselling.
Awareness training for managers
A recent poll funded by the charity Mind found that two-thirds of people are finding it easier to open up about their mental health. But there’s still more work to be done. That’s why we’re proud that over 2,000 M&B team members have embraced our mental health awareness course. It’s a big step forward in our journey to create an environment where everyone feels valued and free to be themselves at work.
