We have a rare and exciting opportunity within our internal Customer Marketing team for a permanent CRM Optimisation Manager here at Mitchells & Butlers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced CRM professional to develop and deliver all CRM activity, ensuring our guest journeys and campaigns provide optimum guest experience and profitability across all Mitchells & Butlers brands. As a subject matter expert, you as CRM Optimisation Manager will identify, design and develop new multi-channel automated journeys that contribute to the Digital Marketing strategy and commercial targets.

What will I be doing?


· Developing a deep understanding of our guests, brands and data to ensure the design and implementation of robust automated journeys

·  Ensuring a good understanding of our systems including Adobe Campaign, Eagle Eye Air (couponing system), Moveable Ink, App Manager and SMS platforms. 

· Using guest analytics to identify opportunities to either optimise current journeys or introduce new guest journeys via Email, Push, SMS, social customer audiences and digital media audiences

· Defining the specific targeting, timings, data requirements and content for the automated journeys. Working alongside the Adobe Technical specialists to develop a journey ‘prototype’

· Liaising with Brand Planners to review the Brand led CRM and promotional plan for each brand ensuring an optimum strategy

 


What do I need?

Just like our brands, our teams are diverse. You’ll need...  

·       Sound experience in campaign management, selection, segmentation, automation, and personalisation

·       Excellent understanding, and experience of working with digital marketing principles, innovation, and trends

·       Strong understanding, and experience of data segmentation targeting and analytics

·       Proven ability in commercial understanding and impact

·       Demonstrated ability to recommend improvements based on stakeholder requirements and drive them through to execution

·       A curious thinker with a passion for digital journeys and guest experience
