Are you driven by Data with a keen eye for detail? We are actively recruiting for a Product Lifecycle Manager on a c10 month FTC to join our Product Lifecycle Team. You’ll be responsible for managing the buyside data process from listings to end of life and everything in between. This challenging and varied role works across food and drink so attention to detail and an affinity for data is essential.

You’ll be working closely with our Food Development Team, through to our Procurement & Supply Chain Teams, Product Safety Team and our Data Teams whilst managing relationships with our external suppliers and distributors – This makes for an exciting opportunity for the right candidate!

In this diverse role, you will manage the process of Product data incoming and outgoing to MAB downstream systems such as SWS Stock system, Aztec till System and E1 Finance System, ensuring data is appropriately validated and the highest standards of data quality are delivered at all times.

You will also ensure that all menu releases are on time and accurate with little impact for the sites around product availability, whilst managing and maintaining the Data Quality Processes for the Product lifecycle team ensuring highest standards of data is leaving the Master Data System

Reporting into the Senior Product Lifecycle Manager, this is an office flexible position for a c10 month fixed term duration.

What will I be doing?

  • Analysing, validating and enriching incoming product data to ensure fitness for purpose in all MAB systems.
  • Supporting the planned and unplanned product substitution process for Food & Drink in a timely manner.
  • Providing data analysis as requested for the Product programme team and external teams
  • Creation and Management of all buy side data objects (Supplier items, stock items, ingredients, and smart objects) within STEP.
  • Menu Maintenance in STEP to support SWS Auto order ensuring items are placed within the relevant stocking policies
  • Ensuring drinks and food are put live and delisted at the relevant times throughout the Menu cycle process ensuring communication is made to all effected parties
  • Creation Management of wet sell side data objects (Retail items, recipe, choice) within STEP including digital platform sell side creation.
  • Supporting the Data Quality Governance process to deliver high and continuously improving levels of data accuracy.
  • Creating appropriate templates and logs for the tracking of food and drink items on current menus and stocking policies, including any promotions against these items and the linked sales items and modifiers they should be associated with.
  • Ability to manipulate and resolve Imports and Export issues into STEP, Aztec and SWS.
  • Outlet maintenance completed on time & 100% accurate to ensure no impact for outlet changing brand or price band.
  • Management and resolution of supporting processes such as invoice gateway, ASN gateway and rejections.

 

What do I need?

  • Insightful knowledge of the operation of our businesses in MAB Brands.
  • Commercial/Operations background within the food hospitality industry
  • Experience of working with stock management systems and Retail BOH and POS systems.
  • Good communication, organisational and planning skills including high attention to detail.
  • Be a highly numerate self-started with strong analytical and insight skills.
  • Microsoft office experience is a must, including Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
  • Be a self-starter with energy and commitment to developing the role.
